1. Who controls the information

Briza Engineering Ltd. (Israeli company no. 514957471), whose registered address is 154 Arlozorov Street, Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel ("Briza", "we"), is the controller of personal information collected through this website and through enquiries made by email or WhatsApp. Privacy enquiries and requests may be sent to hello@brizaeng.com.

2. Information we collect

We may receive your name, position, company, phone number, email address and the technical or commercial details you choose to provide about a project, product, load or production process. We may also process technical and attribution data such as browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, page viewed, referral source, campaign parameters and approximate country. Security and hosting providers may process an IP address in the ordinary delivery and protection of the website.

We normally collect information directly from you, from your employer or organization, from a referral source included in a link, and from the browser or device used to access the website.

3. Voluntary submission and purpose

You are not legally required to provide information through the website. Providing information is voluntary, but without the details marked as necessary we may be unable to respond, assess an application, prepare an engineering or commercial proposal, provide support or continue the requested engagement.

We use information to answer enquiries, evaluate engineering requirements, select and configure represented products, prepare proposals, provide installation and service, maintain business records, improve and secure the website, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not use website enquiries for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Responding to an enquiry is not the same as consent to receive advertising. Promotional email, text messages or automated calls will be sent only where permitted by law, including any consent required under section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law, and every applicable message will provide a way to stop future marketing.

4. Sharing information

Information may be shared, only as reasonably required, with authorized Briza personnel and professional advisers; website hosting, database, security, email, communications and analytics providers; represented manufacturers and technical suppliers in Israel or abroad; a purchaser or successor in a lawful corporate transaction; and competent authorities where disclosure is required by law. Briza does not sell personal information. Where a manufacturer or supplier is involved, only information relevant to the technical or commercial request will be transferred.

5. International transfers

Some represented manufacturers and service providers operate outside Israel. Information may therefore be stored or processed abroad, where privacy rules may differ from those in Israel. Briza will make such transfers only on a lawful basis and subject to the commitments and safeguards required by the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations concerning transfers outside Israel.

6. Retention and security

Enquiry and CRM information that does not lead to an active commercial relationship is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive interaction, so we can follow up on industrial projects with long planning cycles and maintain a record of the request. Records connected to a customer, proposal, project, installation, service or warranty may be retained throughout that relationship and for up to seven years afterwards, or longer where a legal, tax, accounting, warranty or claims-related duty requires it. Minimal opt-out records may be retained as long as reasonably required to honor a marketing objection. When information is no longer needed, it will be deleted or anonymized, subject to lawful backups and record-keeping duties. Anonymous inactive presence records are deleted after 30 days. Anonymous page-view and conversion-event counts stored by Briza are retained for up to 13 months.

We use role-based access to the administration area, encrypted transmission and reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. Access is limited to those who need it for their work. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to Israeli law, you may request access to personal information held about you and ask to correct information that is incomplete, unclear, outdated or inaccurate. You may request deletion where a legal right applies, withdraw consent for optional processing, and object to or unsubscribe from marketing communications. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully performed. To protect the information, we may ask for reasonable proof of identity before responding. Requests should be sent to hello@brizaeng.com.

8. Cookies and third-party media

The website uses essential technologies and offers optional analytics. Optional measurement, including anonymous live presence and Google Analytics, starts only after consent. Anonymous browser and session identifiers may then be used to show Briza aggregated and live activity such as current page, referral source, device category, language and approximate country. Page views, successful enquiry submissions and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and email links may be counted in Google Analytics and in Briza's protected administration area. The first-party event record excludes clicked contact values, message content, full IP addresses and contact identifiers. Embedded videos are provided through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode and may communicate with third-party services when played. Choices can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences. Additional details appear in our Cookie Policy.

9. Information about other people and minors

If you submit information about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and to direct that person to this policy. The website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a minor unless it is genuinely required and you are legally authorized to do so.

10. Updates and complaints

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our services or applicable law. The current version and update date will be published on this page.

If you believe your privacy rights were not addressed, please contact us first at hello@brizaeng.com. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
