1. Website use

These terms govern use of the Briza Engineering Ltd. website. Briza is an Israeli private company, company no. 514957471, with its registered address at 154 Arlozorov Street, Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel. By using the website you agree to these terms. The website is intended to provide general information about industrial products, engineering capabilities, representation, integration and support in Israel.

2. Exclusive representation in Israel

Briza acts as the exclusive representative in Israel of certain international manufacturers, subject to the scope and term of the relevant representation agreements. For products covered by an exclusive representation, local commercial and technical engagement in Israel, including enquiries, specification, quotations, supply, commissioning, warranty coordination, service and support, is conducted through Briza.

References to a manufacturer, brand or product do not expand the scope of representation beyond the applicable agreement. Briza may update its represented portfolio from time to time.

3. Engineering, customization and service

Briza provides application engineering, product selection, mechanical and control interfaces, custom grippers and attachments, integration, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, training, maintenance and local technical service. Every solution is subject to engineering review, site conditions, safety requirements, manufacturer approval where required and a written commercial offer.

4. Information is not a binding offer

Website content, images, videos, capacities, dimensions, ranges and examples are general and do not constitute engineering advice, a warranty, a binding quotation or acceptance of an order. Performance depends on the selected model, attachment, load geometry, center of gravity, rolling resistance, floor, gradient, environment and operating method. The final signed proposal, specification, order confirmation and applicable manufacturer documentation govern each supplied system.

5. Safety and proper operation

Products and systems must be selected, installed, operated and maintained according to the approved specification, risk assessment, instructions, training and applicable standards. Website content is not a substitute for professional engineering review or operator training. Do not rely on a displayed capacity without confirmation for the specific application.

6. Intellectual property

Briza content, design, text and original materials are protected by applicable law. Manufacturer names, trademarks, product images, videos and technical materials belong to their respective owners and are displayed for representation and informational purposes. No content may be copied, modified or used commercially without the relevant owner’s permission.

7. Third-party services

The website may include links, embedded videos and materials provided by manufacturers or other third parties. A link does not constitute Briza's endorsement of every statement or service on the external site. Briza does not control the availability, privacy practices or independent content of third-party services.

8. Privacy and communications

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Submission of an enquiry authorizes Briza to respond through the contact details provided for that enquiry; it does not by itself authorize advertising. Marketing communications, if any, are subject to applicable law, required consent and opt-out rights.

9. Liability

Briza takes reasonable steps to keep website information accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item is complete, current or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Briza will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Prohibited use and website security

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading material, or use the website in a way that infringes rights or violates law. Briza may restrict abusive access and preserve relevant records where reasonably required for security or legal purposes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to mandatory law, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew version will prevail.
